NATIONAL CONGRESS 2013 FINAL REPORT

We are proud to present the report from the 2013 National Congress delegates’ meeting held in Cairns on Gimuy Walubara Yidinji country.

NC13 presented a challenging prgram. Congress delegates discussed and workshopped the issues of sovereignty and self-determination and the practical application of the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
